ALL our beers contain unmalted wheat from VanderWeele Farms in Palmer.  As such, they all contain heaps of delicious gluten.  Sour beers from our taps contain living, breathing, wild lactobacillus.

Framb Was

Our sour beer base marries perfectly with one of Alaska’s most prolific fruits - raspberry - to create our version of a Framboise-style Ale!  Not too dry and not too sweet and not too sour, this well-balanced beer will not challenge your masculinity.  The Oude Framb Was is  drier and less sweet than the Framb Was and is currently available in 22 oz bottles  to go only.

Citrasaurus

Our Radler is a  citrus soda blend, dominated by grapefruit, with tart wheat beer.  This contemporary interpretation of the classic German style is a light, refreshing kiss of sunshine.   Originally developed to stretch a publican’s beer inventory during a bicycle race, you too will find our radler the right beer when your legs (and head) need to stay in the game.

Duke of Spenard

Flanders Red-style Ale-Known as the ”Burgundy of Belgium”, this decidedly wine-like beer is a blend of acetic/tannic/sour dark beer, extensively aged on local alder wood, and young sour beer.  The delicate balance of tannin, sweetness, lactic and acetic sourness, wood, and grain is the crowning jewel in the career of a brewer.  Alaskan wheat, wood, and microflora make this OUR Burgundy!
